KLM Cares was founded by Keonna Mayo, MSN RN, a nurse educator passionate about improving health literacy and helping families understand healthcare. After years at the bedside, she recognized that many patients leave the hospital confused about medications, recovery instructions, and warning signs. KLM Cares was created to provide clarity, guidance, and professional nursing support during the transition from hospital to home.
