Service Description
Navigating healthcare after discharge often requires communication with multiple providers. KLM Cares can help coordinate and support communication with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. Support may include: • Assistance scheduling follow-up appointments • Guidance communicating with healthcare providers • Support navigating recovery resources
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required for all services. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit or a package session. No-shows are automatically forfeited. A 10-minute grace period is allowed; after 15 minutes, the visit may be canceled. Packages are non-refundable and must be used within their set timeframes. By booking, you agree to all KLM Cares policies.
