Service Description
A professional RN consultation designed to help patients and families clearly understand their discharge instructions after hospitalization or surgery. This service helps ensure patients understand: • medication changes • recovery expectations • warning signs • follow-up care Because understanding recovery is the first step to preventing complications.
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required for all services. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit or a package session. No-shows are automatically forfeited. A 10-minute grace period is allowed; after 15 minutes, the visit may be canceled. Packages are non-refundable and must be used within their set timeframes. By booking, you agree to all KLM Cares policies.
