Service Description
Medical instructions can often be confusing. KLM Cares helps translate complex healthcare information into clear and practical understanding. This service helps patients and families: • Understand diagnoses and treatment plans • Clarify medications and their purpose • Recognize important symptoms and warning signs • Navigate recovery with confidence Because understanding healthcare improves outcomes.
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required for all services. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit or a package session. No-shows are automatically forfeited. A 10-minute grace period is allowed; after 15 minutes, the visit may be canceled. Packages are non-refundable and must be used within their set timeframes. By booking, you agree to all KLM Cares policies.
