Mandatory Health Assessment & Consult
All clients are required to complete this Health Assessment session before booking any other service
Service Description
This assessment includes a personalized evaluation of your current health status, guidance on post-operative or chronic care needs, and education to help you make informed decisions about your wellness. Conducted by a registered nurse, this ensures safe and tailored care for every client. Note: Completion of the Mandatory Health Assessment is required before booking any service. Packages include 1 Health Assessment.
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required for all services. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit or a package session. No-shows are automatically forfeited. A 10-minute grace period is allowed; after 15 minutes, the visit may be canceled. Packages are non-refundable and must be used within their set timeframes. By booking, you agree to all KLM Cares policies.
