Service Description
$75 A professional consultation with a Registered Nurse to review recovery instructions and answer questions after hospital discharge. This session may include: • review of discharge instructions • medication clarification • recovery expectations • guidance for caregivers Ideal for families who need professional insight and reassurance.
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required for all services. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit or a package session. No-shows are automatically forfeited. A 10-minute grace period is allowed; after 15 minutes, the visit may be canceled. Packages are non-refundable and must be used within their set timeframes. By booking, you agree to all KLM Cares policies.
